SafeBite's core feature is its ability to process information locally. Label scanning (OCR) is performed entirely on your device. Your images are never sent to our servers or third parties for analysis.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide it voluntarily. • Diagnostic Data: Anonymous error logs. • Usage Data: Anonymous technical information about interactions.

3. Camera Usage

SafeBite requests permission to use the camera solely for scanning labels. We do not save photos to your gallery without permission.

4. Third Parties

We use Google ML Kit for local OCR and RevenueCat for subscriptions (uses anonymous IDs).

5. Your Rights

You can clear your history from the app settings.

6. Medical Disclaimer

SafeBite is an informational tool. It is not a medical device. Always physically verify labels.
